Calculation Methodology

The calculator uses the following formulas:

1. Height Check

Height Pass = (Your Height ≥ Minimum Height) AND (Your Height ≤ Maximum Height)

2. Weight Calculation

Maximum weight is calculated based on height using country-specific formulas:

For BMI-based countries: Max Weight = Max BMI × (Height in meters)² For ratio-based countries: Max Weight = Height (cm) × Country Ratio

3. BMI Calculation

BMI = Weight (kg) ÷ Height² (m)

4. Overall Assessment

Overall Pass = Height Pass AND Weight Pass AND (BMI ≤ Max BMI)
